Amount allocated - £50,000 

Expenditure - Linked directly to the Post Ofsted Action Plan, 

• £5000 towards increased salary costs of EHCP Officer (to address the backlog of EHCP annual reviews) £5000 towards increased salary costs of Well-being/Safeguarding officer (improving systems and staff CPD) 
• £20,000 towards costs of agency curriculum lead/development 
• £20,000 towards fees from Consortium Trust – external support to address systems and processes within the school environment

Impact - evidenced through HMI monitoring visits and the Local Authority Quality Assurance process.
