Pupils at Warren School are assessed in line with our Teaching and Learning policy and against their EHCP targets.  The EHCP is reviewed on an annual basis and this document determines a personal learning plan that informs how an individual young person accesses the curriculum.  This will look very different for each pupil, but their progress towards their targets is assessed and recorded within school and reported to parents regularly.

Our school wide assessment system is developing alongside our curriculum, and information will be recorded here as it becomes available.  Some data may need to be collated to ensure that individual pupils can not be identified, but we will be as transparent as possible in our reports.
